Your Well-Being,
My Priority
Therapy often begins when something feels unsettled — emotionally, mentally, or in your relationships. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and culturally sensitive therapeutic space where all identities, backgrounds, beliefs, and lived experiences are respected. Here, you are welcomed as you are and supported with clarity, care, and structure.

About Me
I am a Psychotherapy Practitioner and Consultant working with children, adolescents, and adults. I support individuals facing emotional distress, relational difficulties, and psychological challenges across different stages of life.
My clinical practice is broad and integrative, with experience in anxiety, relationship issues, family dynamics, and addictive behaviours. While my work is not limited to cultural questions, I pay close attention to how personal history, environment, and life context — including cultural background and migration experiences — can shape a person’s inner world, when these dimensions are relevant to the individual.
I hold a university degree in psychology from London, followed by professional training in psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, and couples therapy. My approach is reflective, clinically grounded, and adapted to each person rather than driven by rigid models or predefined paths.
Alongside my clinical practice, I practise as a consultant, working with organisations on issues related to diversity, inclusion, mental load, and psychological wellbeing in contemporary work environments.
My Book: Multicultural Minds
Psychological Dicourse on Culture and Theory — Volume I
Multicultural Mind is a clinically grounded exploration of what it means to live with more than one cultural framework inside the same mind. Rather than presenting multiculturalism as a simple strength, it takes an analytical, critical lens to the hidden pressures it can create: loyalty conflicts, language shifts, identity fatigue, and the emotional cost of constant adaptation.
Blending intercultural psychology with clinical insight and real-life portraits, the book offers readers a way to name what often stays unnamed — and to build continuity without forcing themselves into a single, “clean” identity.
Written for multicultural individuals and for practitioners working in diverse settings.

What my Clients are Saying
My daughter didn't say a word before meeting Carl. It's only been two months, and her language progress since then has been remarkable.

I'm seeing a therapist because of work-related stress. I had my first hypnotherapy session with Carl in July, and I feel like a new man. Thank you, Carl.

I was sceptical at first because I addressed topics I didn't think were important, but which make all the difference now! Long live therapy.
