Appointments & Cancellation Policy

Sessions are reserved specifically for you.

• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance are fully reimbursed or not charged.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or missed appointments, are charged in full.

• This policy applies to both online and in-person sessions.

In cases of genuine emergency, exceptions may be considered at the therapist’s discretion.

Therapy sessions are offered within a structured, confidential, and ethical framework.

Fees and policies are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and respect for both client and therapist.

Session Fees

• Individual therapy (adults): £85

• Children (3+) & adolescents: £80

• Couples therapy: £110

• Hypnotherapy (Ericksonian approach): £120

• Addiction support:

– £85 (talk therapy)

– £120 (with hypnotherapy)

Fees are communicated clearly prior to the first session.
